Suggestion - recognize USB hard drives

I have a suggestion for a new product or update to your existing Selkie Rescue product. I would love to see your product recognize USB hard drives so the data could be copied to the external drive instead of over the network.

trying Selkie Photo Recovery demo

I downloaded the trial Photo Recovery. I can view basically the “root” level of the damaged drive. I cannot view any of the files any deeper than that, as I get an “access is denied” error when I attempt to view, say, “Documents and Settings”. Is it safe to assume that this is part of the crippling for the trial software, and that the purchased software will allow me free rein of the entire drive that it is able to read?

Hi guys. Trying to rescue from an XP machine. Found your demo from the Tucows review. The boot CD returns an isolinux Disk Error 20. Googled it, but didn’t see any fixes. Any suggestions? Thanks mucho!

“dfree is broken” message

The message I’m getting indicates that “dfree is broken” on the computer being rescued, and any file transfer/copy larger than 1 MB fails due to I/O error. Is there a patch or upgrade that resolves this particular issue? Any input on this is appreciated.
